Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal or use our guest tracking link to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization code.

Package Your Items

Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the packing slip is included inside the parcel.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our master tailors inspect the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
